After a painting is sold, the artist (Remington Robinson) retains the publishing rights to the artwork and images thereof.

If a painting is purchased, please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be delivered to your door. I will do my best to ship your painting to you as quickly as possible. However, due to my travel schedule, sometimes I am not able to ship right away.

Usually a painting will only take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location within the USA.

No returns, refunds or exchanges once painting has shipped. In the event that a refund is requested before shipment, a partial refund can be issued (full amount of purchase minus the PayPal fee, which cannot be refunded).
